Maximum occupancy in any cottage is TWO persons (adults only). Each cottage has one queen bed. Cottages do not have pull-out couches. Please do not bring inflatable/portable beds, air mattresses, or sleeping bags to accommodate more than two persons. If you arrive with more than two people in your party, we will ask you to reserve another cottage (subject to availability).
If we have reason to believe more than two guests are occupying one cottage, all guests, including those registered, will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refunds given.
Only registered guests are allowed in the cottages, and on the property. Parties, reunions, events, or any form of group celebrations are not allowed without prior approval.
We ask that when your stay ends, you leave your cottage and the grounds clean and undamaged. This includes your cottage (inside and out), as well as the furnishings. We reserve the right to charge guests for any excessive cleaning above and beyond the normal usage for your allotted stay. In addition, we reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by guests.
Please refrain from using self-tanners during your stay as it permanently stains the bedding. In addition, we ask that essential oils are used with care as their scent, while enjoyable to some, can linger for the next guests by attaching to fabrics and draperies. Thank you for understanding.
Finally, trash receptacles are located on the side access road. We ask that guests dispose of their trash prior to departure.
For insurance purposes, portable cooking devices, including but not limited to air fryers, hot plates, crock pots, griddles, stoves, and burners, are not allowed. Your cottage is equipped with a microwave for any reheating needs. Portable outdoor grills are allowed in designated areas. Please mention at check-in if you plan to set up an outdoor grill.
For those bringing a bicycle or electronic bike, we ask they NOT be kept inside the cottages. This is to ensure no scratches, marks, or damages are made to the front door, interior walls, or flooring. In addition, electronic bike batteries have been known to overheat and/or explode. Each cottage is equipped with a small outdoor bike rack. We ask that guests use these racks, our secure storage shed (ask for details), or their own vehicle for all bike storage.
If you forget your bike lock or helmet, just ask. We have extras of both.
During the hours of 9:00 pm and 8:00 am we ask that guests be respectful and courteous of fellow guests by keeping noise levels down. This includes music and loud outside conversations. Although part of the commercial district, our cottages are located in an area with residential homes in close proximity. We ask that guests do not disturb or offend our immediate neighbors. Thank you for understanding.
For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, smoking is not permitted in the cottages, or on the property grounds. This includes electronic or e-cigarettes.
** If it is determined a guest has smoked inside the cottage, a $250 cleaning fee will be imposed. This is to cover the excessive time needed to deep clean the cottage using an ozone machine (minimum 4-hour down time), and launder all fabrics (upholstery and draperies) in the cottage. **
For the health, safety, and enjoyment of our guests, we do not allow pets in the cottages, or on the property grounds. Please do not bring your pet with the intention to leave them in your car. That is not fair to the pet, or other guests. Pet is defined as dog, cat, bird, or exotic animal.
